Research Interest
Dr Arie Admon is Professor in the Department of Biology in the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology (Israel) and is the head of the Smoler Proteomics Center, which is the national proteomics center in Israel and the head of research laboratory focusing on HLA peptidomics and signal transduction Admon’s research relies heavily on the use of the modern tools of proteomics, especially mass spectrometry and bioinformatics. Therefore, much of his research efforts are directed at advancing these important technologies and methodologies and promoting their use in these fields. Dr. Admon has already experience in working with the zebrafish model and has the infrastructures and the expertise to perform the proposed proteomic analyses.
